Users are solely responsible for how they apply information obtained from the Platform.

• malware or malicious code,
• deceptive software,
• fraudulent schemes,

• harassment or hate speech,
• misleading AI-generated impersonations,
• content intended to scam, exploit, or deceive others.

Stely may allow users to advertise or sell:

• automation setups,
• consulting,
• prompt packs,
• templates,
• software,
• digital products,
• creator services.

Stely is not a broker, escrow provider, financial institution, employer, or party to user transactions.

We do not guarantee:

• payment completion,
• service quality,
• legitimacy of offers,
• delivery timelines,
• earnings claims,
• transaction safety.

Users assume all risks associated with transactions and third-party interactions conducted through or outside the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict marketplace access at any time.

The Platform may contain AI-generated content, automations, prompts, scripts, workflows, and recommendations submitted by users.

Stely does not verify or guarantee:

• accuracy,

• safety,
• effectiveness,
• platform compliance,

Unless otherwise stated, Stely and its original branding, design, systems, logos, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy community systems for competing platforms.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.

By using Stely, you acknowledge that certain technical and operational information may be collected, including:

• account activity,
• login timestamps,
• moderation logs,
• transaction-related metadata.

We may use third-party providers for:
